Orders placed with our company will be shipped out from the warehouse within 24-48 Hrs, Vacuum cleaners are shipped via FedEx while large and heavy equipment such as Carpet Cleaners Extractors and Floor Machines are shipped via Trucking companies, the estimated transit time is 5-7 days for vacuum cleaners and 5-9 days for Equipment.  All shipments are insured against any lost or damage.  We will provide you via e-mail a trucking number and the name of the carrier.
