When price indicated is $0.00 Shipping is free to all 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Vacuum Cleaners are shipped out from the warehouse within 24-48 hrs via FedEx Ground Service, the estimated transit time 5-7 business days.
Large equipment such as Carpet Cleaner Extractors and Floor machines are shipped via Trucking Company, the estimated transit time is 5-9 business days.
Orders that are cancelled but have already been shipped will be subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
Return Policy:
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Returns will only be issued to those items that are brand new and in an unopened box. Buyer is required to pay shipping charges back to S&Y Trading Corp. Warehouse.Initial Shipping charges are not refundable.
Open boxes are subject up to 25% restocking fee.
Customer may return open box only after receiving return authorization from S&Y Trading Corp. All returns require Return Authorization Number prior to returning an item.
