Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. 
You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. 
Returns will only be issued to those items that are brand new and in an unopened box. 
Buyer is required to pay shipping charges back to S&Y Trading Corp. Warehouse.

Initial Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Open boxes are subject up to 25% restocking fee.
Customer may return open box only after receiving return authorization from S&Y Trading Corp.

All returns require Return Authorization Number prior to returning an item.
